Supported the acquisition of multiple organizations, integrating their codebases into our standardized flow and deployment strategy. Supported a team of over 300 developers across multiple time zones and continents, including contracted development staff.

Provided leadership and engineering services as a consultant to multiple clients while working with Flexential's Professional Services team. Developed and maintained multiple production, staging, and development environments that must stay secure and, in many cases, compliant with PCI and HIPAA regulations ranging from single systems to scaled clusters.

Developed all processes and procedures for the Managed DevOps product, including a reproducible production-ready Kubernetes cluster that automates monitoring, log aggregation, security processes, and access management.

Designed and deployed an industry-leading, zero-trust Single Sign On (SSO) platform that allowed for multi-tenant authentication and authorization through SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC). Developed multiple plugins for the SSO platform that allowed connecting legacy services to modern, zero-trust authentication.

Manage multiple teams and help foster growth of engineering staff. Lead culture events across the organization. Work closely with our sales and marketing staff to ensure that they're empowered with the correct tools and materials.
